The first year of our RANA Cares initiative closed out at 631 total staff volunteer hours and a corporate giving fund of $20,000. The RANA Cares committee awarded the donation to three outstanding organizations across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba—each to receive a third of the $20,000 fund.

What constitutes a perfect sleep is difficult to determine as people’s sleep needs vary. Eight hours of sleep per night may be necessary for some people, whereas others can function on less.
