COVID-19 SERVICE UPDATE
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CLIENTS
For the safety of our clients and staff, Careica Health is temporarily closing its clinics to in-person visits on March 20, 2020 but will continue to serve clients as follows:
Sleep Apnea Testing & Treatment
To maintain continuity of care and patient safety, we are transitioning in-clinic appointments to our Virtual Care solution or telephone consultation and adding a new drive-thru service.
All new and existing clients will be offered online or telephone consultations (as appropriate). The Virtual Care solution provides the following appointment types online from the comfort of your home with no clinic visit required:
- home sleep apnea testing
- CPAP therapy evaluation
- long term therapy starts
- long term therapy follow-up
CPAP Equipment and Supplies
Our new drive-thru service lets you pick-up/drop off supplies and equipment safely without leaving the comfort of your vehicle. If you come to a clinic location during business hours, call the number on the door and we will help you get you the supplies you need!
Home Oxygen Service
For our home oxygen clients, we remain available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During regular business hours, our delivery of mobility oxygen will continue as normal, and oxygen is available for pick up using our drive-thru service (see above). Please call 1-855-672-6262 for assistance.
Pulmonary Function Testing
Careica Health has temporarily suspended all pulmonary function testing.
Clients will be contacted to cancel their existing appointments. Once the risks associated with COVID-19 are no longer a concern, those clients will be contacted, and their appointments rescheduled.
