A day in the life of a Service & Repair Technician

As a Service & Repair Technician, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in healthcare by repairing and maintaining medical oxygen and sleep equipment used by clients who rely on it every day. Each piece of equipment you fix helps ensure someone receives the care they need.

No two days are exactly the same, but you can expect to:

  • Put your mechanical talents to work troubleshooting and repairing a variety of medical equipment
  • Use technology and automated systems to track repairs, order parts, and keep everything running smoothly
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating with clients, providing updates, and helping answer their questions
  • Keep our service shop organized, clean, and operating efficiently because a well-run workspace helps everyone succeed
  • Occasionally hit the road to support your teammates by delivering equipment to our various office locations
